Mktmobil
We have on an assignment for mktmedia, has developed a leading mobile services platform. The platform is currently used by a large number of media groups and companies in Sweden and the Nordic region.
Mktmobil is a technological mobile business solutions platform comprising ready-to–use mobile service for the daily press. The platform features everything from text services (SMS) and customer clubs to mobile sites and Iphone apps.
How we thought – what we did
The basic business concept of Mktmedia is joint business development on shared digital platforms. The overall purpose for Mktmedia with a presence in the mobile channel is to strengthen the digital relationship with the end users and set up a tool which contributes to additional income for the newspapers and adds much value to the experience of the readers and advertisers.
Together with some 50 local newspapers, we have developed platforms for mobile editorial publishing and concept development. We have designed interfaces with existing editorial systems and ERP systems. Development on the Net-platform includes CRM, and transaction management towards all the mobile telephone operators in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the world (via Ericsson IPX).
In 2011, the platform will see more business concepts added in order to find new mobile revenue for the local daily press.
